Position Summary 

We are seeking an office admin to support our front office operations and to control access to our suite. This person will also assist with facility management and provide administrative assistance as needed.

Hours : 8am – 4:00 with 30 min lunch break MWF and 8am – 2:00 with 30 min lunch break TTH

Duties:

  • Greet visitors, interviewing candidates, vendors and guests by answering questions, checking guests by following front office procedures
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Prepares reports, documents, communications, and provides clerical assistance.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Schedule and book travel for President
  • Maintain kitchen & office supplies
  • Manage office & kitchen supply budget
  • Assist with facility management
  • Assist with planning employee functions
  • Prep workstations for new hires

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of professional office experience preferred.
  • Must be US Citizen
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills required.
  • Excellent calendaring skills
  • Service-oriented, polite, and respectful.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to objectively review a challenge and suggest multiple alternatives.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
