Position Summary 

We are seeking a responsible hybrid admin to assist with processing payroll, keeping records up to date, verifying documents, organizing various reports, and supporting our HR and Accounting team as needed. Candidates must be detail oriented, possess strong computer skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills.


Accounting Admin Duties: 

  • Provides accounting administrative support to the Controller
  • General bookkeeping
  • Month-end close procedures
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Payroll administration and reconciliation
  • Annual financial statement audits and ad-hoc compliance audits

HR Admin Duties: 

  • Provides HR administrative support to the HR Director and operations teams, including helping administer company policies, procedures and programs.
  • Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
  • Establish and maintain employee files
  • Types labels, creates binders, and other requested files
  • Ensure that all confidential information is maintained and in a locked storage cabinet per HR policies
  • Ensures employee compliance with all human resources policies, standards and practices
  • Manage record maintenance; maintain files and databases
  • Ensure compliance with Company and HR policies and procedures


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience / certifications
  • 2 years minimum of related work experience
  • Must be US Citizen
  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Strong computer knowledge and experience in using software programs related to HR, payroll and accounting (e.g. ADP, Unanet, Quickbooks etc.).
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and ability to learn new software
  • Bookkeeping / general accounting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to objectively review a challenge and suggest multiple alternatives.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs

Need To Have:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills required

Nice to Have: 

  • Understanding of key accounting principles with US GAAP
  • HR Certificates
